Review by hotel critic
As a Brazilian eco-travel journalist, I was pleasantly surprised by Pousada Sangha Pyara's value. From a warm welcome drink to their eco-friendly garden furniture, the attention to detail was evident. The charming pousada's location near Ibitipoca State Park is ideal for nature lovers seeking tranquility. While the rooms lacked a flat-screen TV, the surrounding beauty more than made up for it. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected while disconnecting from the city bustle. The ample free parking and picnic area added practicality, and the presence of board games enhanced the communal atmosphere. For a nature retreat that balances cost and comfort, Sangha Pyara delivers. Pet-friendly and with non-smoking rooms, it caters to diverse preferences. Whether unwinding in the garden area or exploring nearby treasures, this pousada offers a genuine Brazilian experience worth revisiting.
